SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We currently now ship by United Parcel Service. All orders placed should ship the next day if merchandise is in stock. All orders placed after 3pm PST will ship out the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not ship until Monday. Shipping Holidays are: May26, July 4, Sept. 1, Nov. 27 and 28, Dec 25 and any other day UPS is closed, these holidays are treated as a weekend and will ship the following business day. United Parcel Service on residential packages does not always require a signature but, they will not leave a package in an unsafe location. If the location is deemed unsafe or you leave other written instructions, it will be available for pickup at the nearest UPS location or placed without a signature per UPS discretion. All residential deliveries are deemed delivered to residential addresses based on UPS records – please report deliveries claims to them if you are informed UPS shows a delivered package. A door tag will be left with the proper information at the time of delivery.
We also offer USPS (next day air), for about $34 for most orders (Can go up to $50+ for very large orders), which is calculated at time of order. We will still need the our posted availability time to process and complete your order, so please understand that if you choose this shipping option, you may not receive your order the next day.
APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS as this is the only legal way to get a package to a military installation and delivery times are subject to the government’s timetable..
Ship rates vary by country, and it is impossible to accurately calculate the shipping cost until time of order. Ship rates have also been going up due to rising fuel charges. In order to maintain our standard of quality in our items we have had to pass this cost on to you. We hope this will soon be resolved. At this time, we start with a rate of $65.. Ship Time to International destinations usually takes about a week, but could take considerably longer due to any number of forces beyond our control (like your possibly temperamental customs agent), so please allow up to three weeks for international delivery.
IMPORTANT! Your country may charge you customs duties, the amount of which we have no knowledge or control over. Your country's customs department may also decide to arbitrarily hold your package for any length of time it so chooses, another factor we cannot control in the least or accept responsibility for. All customs, duties and other applicable charges are the recipients responsibility.

We do not furnish or sell our customer list to any outside companies or use any commercial mailing list processors. We do not require any information from customers other than what is necessary to complete our business transaction in a legal and secure manner.
Our website uses current secure payment and information protection technology and we make access to privacy sensitive information by in-house staff subject to strict procedural and technological controls. It is our intention for you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the event you need to exchange or return an item please follows our company procedure:
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of purchase via email to Hilary@hilarysvanity.com to receive an RMA number – your email should contain your order number and reason for the return and /or exchange. We will issue you an RMA number by return email.
Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Return shipments without an RMA number will not be accepted. Items being returned should be sent with a traceable shipping method or one that provides confirmation of delivery. New shipping charges will be billed to the original credit card used on all exchanges unless the exchange resulted from our error.
All returns of merchandise are at the discretion of Hilary’s Vanity. No cash refunds or credit card refunds will be issued for returns. Store credit only will be issued. Items that have been worn, or are not in the original condition as when they were received by purchaser are not eligible for return or exchange.
